A Quick Message From Michael:
Welcome back to another submission from yours truly! As we continue this adventure together, I thought I would take things one step further and send my submission as, well, an actual blog post.
I figured this would be a good way to ‘walk the walk’, show a little familiarity with WordPress and, frankly, a willingness to go the extra mile. However, I have to confess:
I broke your rules!
(Only a little…)
You see, you might recall in one of the earlier phases of this whole process, I mentioned using bullet
Well, since that suggestion works well with the assignment here, I’ve gone ahead and done exactly that instead of just writing paragraphs. Oh, on the editing side of things, I also challenged myself to edit the main body copy (starting at “Making a career change…” and ending at “…plus, countless other gems”) describing the
If I pasted each block of text for that section in correctly, the word count should be exactly that (400 words).
Achievement unlocked!
Let’s dig in again, shall we? 🙂

Keyword research findings:
The first thing I kept in mind, of course, is HTYC’s original criteria of keywords having a low competition for ranking on page one (1) of Google. Second, having a range of 250-5,000 monthly searches.
With that information in hand, the best keyword I came up with for now was originally “make a career change”. However, that didn’t have enough monthly searches. So it was tweaked to “making a career change…”, which actually sounds more proactive and better overall anyway, in my opinion.
Keyword: making a career change
Monthly searches: 258
Ranking difficulty: 45 (“Possible”)
URL Slug: https://www.happentoyourcareer.com/podcast/making-a-career-change-work-for-you
“Listing best ideas on how to present the content…” Section Of Assignment:
If I’m understanding the task correctly, then I hope that me formatting this as an actual blog post has accomplished that! 🙂
